HP recently introduced a new summary page for their Instant Ink program. Since then, at the top of the page, under Notifications, there is a bell and a red #1 indicating a new message. It states that my printer is offline and I am instructed to Refresh.
This has become quite annoying since my printer is in fact on-line all day (I run a small business) and the current number of pages printed is available when I refresh, but I would like to get rid of that notification. BTW, the date shown is the always the same -- 05/31/2017.
Thank you in advance.
