Greetings @R_C_T

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are looking to know the procedure to enroll the printer using the prepaid Enrollment code, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Please refer to this HP Instant Ink page

Refer to Step number 2 where it explains how to use the Enrollment code.

This should help you resolve the concern you are facing.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for the quick response.  I believe that Step 2 in the link you provided works if you are just setting up an account.  However, I established my account and first entered a promo code.  With the account now established, I don't see where I can enter the entitlement code that is a part of the program card I purchased.

I've phoned support now twice, and both times they offered to send documentation.  I've not received (and confirmed that the instructions were not blocked or misclassified as spam).

Thanks in advance for your help.  I'll await the reply ....

I hope you get this solved, because I absolutely love mine!  Worry free on ink and fixing technical issues.  I print less than 50 pages a month.   And when you get a debit card make sure you update your account, otherwise you can't print, well you can print but the ink has been disabled.  And customer service is great.  I was having issues one month with my bank accounts and didn't want to create another over draft fee with the auto pay  and I called them and they actually gave me a month for free, but I have been long time customer.
