Hi AndreaSofia
To find the MAC address for your HP Envy 6000 printer, you can follow these steps:
Print a Network Configuration Page:
- Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the Wireless light starts blinking.
- The printer will print a Network Configuration Page, which includes the MAC address (often labeled as “Hardware Address”).
Use the HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your printer, then go to Printer Information or Network Information. The MAC address should be listed there.
Access the Printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Find the printer’s IP address by printing a Network Configuration Page or using the HP Smart app.
- Enter the IP address into a web browser to access the EWS.
- Navigate to the Network or Networking section to find the MAC address.
I hope the above is helpful
