Since some weeks I can´t use the mobile print service anymore.

When trying to send the mail from my GMX account I receive a mailer demon message from the HP eprint service, that the mail account which was registered for my printer is not available.

I disabled the web services on my printer and enabled these again and registered a new mail address for it - but the result is still the same: Not working

By the way:

From my GMAIL account I can successfully use the mobile print service.

Seems to be something related to GMX and WEB as well. From the accounts it is not possible to send.

It used to work in the past, but something must have changed.

In cases when ePrint works from one email address and not when sending the same email from another service, the issue is usually realted to the configuration of the email serices that is failing. Just to be sure you can check this support page for more common/mundane issues that can block ePrint emails from working:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03721293

If nothing in the page above helps, it's more likely the email service configuration of the email address/domain that is failing to work w/ePrint. The email configuration I'm referring to is on the email service provider's end, and can trigger SPAM/secuity contols on the ePrint email service and block emails from that domain sent to the ePrint email service.

The fix isn't something that you can do, it would be done on the email provider's side, and it would probably be difficult for you to contact the right person on their end to make the changes (if they were willing). This also doesn't mean your email service isn't secure, it's just that something in their setup doesn't match up w/HP's system requirements.

There's more technical info here in post 7 of this thread below. If you can find someone at the failing email service to talk to you might be able to get them to look into this issue.

Best use of your time is likely to use the email address that works w/ePrint.
