I have had this printer set up and working finefor several months. It is connected to a laptop docking station by USB, but I was able to print wirelessly from a variety of devices. Recently I somehow lost the ability to print wirelessly. The blue wifi indicator is no longer illuminated. When I attempt to reset it through the menu, it gives me a message stating that " " Built in capabilities have been disabled. Contact your administrator, or the person that set up the printer"
That would be me... i made no changes to the system or settings. I have been unsuccessful getting past that message. Have tried factory reset, going through the laptop's HP interface, etc.
What do you recomend to turn this function back on?
Thank you.

Hey @MFWC,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here.
I understand that your Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-In-One Printer is giving an error message that built in wireless capabilities have been disabled. I can help you with that.
I'm going to send you some directions regarding how to perform a factory reset on your printer. You should see them in a private message shortly.
Please let me know if this allows you to enable wireless again or if you have any other questions. Otherwise, have a great week!

DocCottle,
Thank you very much for your assistance. Your instructions worked like a charm!
I was at wits end, having spent perhaps three hours over the last week, trying to address the issue.
