What a frustrating product! Having been asked to print an alignment page, it then asks to scan this page. However after hearing the printer complete it's scan after maybe 20 seconds, the menu screen remains stuck on "scanning alignment page" even after 2 hours. Please help.

- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
