our smart tank printer stopped working. We have tried so many avenue of support from various HP web sites.withno answers. My husband spoke to someone on the phone. She told him If the product was out of warranty (by2months) HP offered no support. We think it might need a new printer head but no one can tell us where to get these. To add to the issues, it is almost impossible to buy a printer at this time. We have spent so much time trying to get help and we are so frustrated we will never buy a HP product again. BEWARE!

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
