I just reinstalled updated Firmware for Office Jet 8710 and can no longer access EWS for my wireless devices. The 8710 is Ethernet connected to LAN. I have tried the semi-rest and full reset. Neither the default admin UN/PW work, nor the custom UN/PW.

 

If I keep doing a full reset, how can I get my Admin PW to “stick” after doing all the updates?

If you have already tried the semi-full reset and the issue persists, there is no other way to reset the EWS page credentials. Make sure the semi-full reset was successful.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
