Please provide the below information to assist you with an accurate resolution.
- What is the model of your Printer?
- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
- What are the ink levels on the cartridges?
- Have you tried printing from a different application? Do you have the same issue?

I suggest you perform troubleshooting steps from this document HP Printers - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues.
If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
