PHotosmart D110

I just had a wifi router replaced by Comcast. Now  my D110 printer is not available for printing from my laptop.

-The printer's display shows that it is connected to the wifi network. The Wireless Network Test Report shows that it is connected and PASS on all Diagnostics.

However, the HP Solution Center application on one of my laptops says the D110 is Disconnected. On another laptop, I can't ADD New Printer, it is not detected, even using the IP Address from the Wireless Network Test Report.

-Everything was fine before I got the new router. 

-My other HP printer, OfficeJet Pro 8600, is working fine with with the new router and both laptops.

Can someone please help me fix this issue with the D110?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see by your post since setting up the printer on the new router the HP Solutions Center Software doesn't recognize the printer and another computer won't connect to it. I would be happy to help you.

 

Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor. Let me know the results.

 

If you have a valid IPv4 address for the printer then try and access the Embedded Web Server for the printer. Type the IPv4 address into your web browser's address bar. (Internet Explorer)

 

If it loads the printer's network page then the printer is on the network.

Power cycle the  router, computer, and printer and try installing the printer again.

 

If you are still having issues, check the network IPv4 address on the computer to see if the first 3 sets of numbers match the printer's IPv4 address.
Press the Windows key and R at the same time, to show the run command line, type cmd, then type Ipconfig.
Check the IPv4 address.
Now check the IPv4 address for the printer.
Do the first 3 sets of numbers match?
If not then the printer and the computer aren't on the same network.
Check the network the computer is connected to.
Please provide the first 3 sets of numbers of the computer's IPv4 address.
 
Try and ping the printer.
In the same window type ping IPv4 address of the printer. (space in between ping and the IP)
Do you get any replies back?
