Hi @Bergmanns4, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you are facing issues with your printer, Let's try to troubleshoot this together. Here are a few steps you can follow:

Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. Sometimes, a loose cable or a weak Wi-Fi signal can cause issues.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can usually find the latest drivers on the HP Support website.

Restart Devices: Try restarting both your printer and your computer. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Check Print Queue: Make sure there are no stuck print jobs in the print queue. Clear any pending jobs and try again.

App Permissions: Ensure that the app you're using has the necessary permissions to access the printer. Sometimes, permissions can get reset or changed.

Reinstall the App: If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This can help resolve any software-related issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
