Most printers will do this - the software / application tells the printer how to print the content.
You'll need a printer application for your Android device that supports Poster print.
Using the Poster option, you can "Tile" a document or image / photo onto more than one sheet of paper.
At this writing, the HP Smart app for your OS does not print in Poster format.
It is possible (unknown) that Adobe provides an app for Android.
Other options - if any - might be found in the Play Store for your OS.
If you have the option to do so...

Adobe Reader DC supports Poster / Tile printing
