When I print from my iPhone 8 the print preview shows up as a full page (see 2nd image) but when it’s printed it only prints to a quarter of the page (1st image), so three quarters of the page are wasted.

There is is no option on iPhone to re-size, and file type doesn’t make a difference.  The images below are from a PDF.

Also- I found this thread which deals with the same issues but HP’s answer seems to be “don’t use airprint” which they consider a solution... SMH

yeah... no.

i bought this printer so I could use it with my existing equipment, NOT have to jump through hoops and take unnecessary extra steps to get to the same place.  Fix this!

Hi @Domcloutier24,

Updating the printer firmware, iOS devices and then adjusting the font size on your iOS devices may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

Please ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and iOS is up to date with it's software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer and iOS:

Update printer firmware

Update iOS

Use the steps available here to adjust the font size on your iOS device and then try to print.

Let me know how it goes!
