I receive the below error message on my Android phone in the HP Smart app. This error does not occur anywhere else, i.e. web portal, printing from computer, etc.
A change in Printer certificate was detected. Do you want to accept the new certificate?
I click 'OK', and it continues to appear. I have deleted the app data, uninstalled and re-installed the app; the app is not monitored by security. I have power cycled the printer (turned it off and removed power cord for 2 mins), and power cycled computer.
Suggestions, other than clean boot PC, repair install, or hard reset phone?

Hi,
From a computer, run the latest firmware utility and make sure it is installed on your printer, then check if you may see any difference:

Thanks for the update link. When I had last checked, nothing was presented. That said, I still receive the error; I rebooted printer, PC, phone, cleared cache on phone app. This is not a huge deal, as I'm able to print and scan, I just cannot use HP's own app 🙂
Here is a printout of my config report and a screenshot of the error on my phone.
