Please can someone help me before I throw the printer out of the window!!
A few days ago, I noticed my printer was only printing half lines. Googled it and found that cleaning the cartridges would help, which it did but still bits missing. Looked again online and a hard reset seemed like a good option
Hard reset has been done, but now printer says 'cartridges can't be used until printer is enrolled with instant ink'
Check my account, printer looks to be online, and account page tells me I'm enrolled. However I can't now seem to connect to instant ink sever.
Have reset my router, printer everything I've seen suggested online but still no joy.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
