HP DeskJet 3700 All-in-one

Hi, I have a problem with my printer. It´s a HP DeskJet 3700 All-in-One. I have connected it yesterday to Vodafone Hotspot. But now I have a new router. I have cancelled the connection to the Vodafone Hotspot so my printer can´t choose this (he searches automatically to a network). However, now the printer is permanent offline. I can´t get any connection! The printer doesn´t find the connection to my new network. How can I change this? How can I change the network in my printer, that he doesn´t choose the other one? nothings works! I have disconnect the internet connection, have switched on the internet connection while the printer was out, have turned on the printer, but he still get´s no connection.

Please, please help! I need this printer!

Thanks a lot in advance!

Cheers,

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:

    http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
