My printer HP JetPro 8615 shows up as unsecured on the Wifi Network. I have a new HP ENVY Photo 6255 that shows secured on the WiFi. How do I get the 8615 secured on my network.
Thank You
Mike

@Ironmikex1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Are you referring to the WiFi Direct option on the printer?
You could also send a screenshot of the same for better understanding.
You can press and hold option-click the WiFi icon and then use shift-command-5 to take the screenshot and share it in your next post. Press the space bar when the icon turns into a camera.
To secure/password protect the WiFi Direct option on the printer, refer to the steps mentioned under 'How do I change the Wi-Fi Direct password, login settings, and printer name?' on this document.
If you are trying to secure your WiFi network, you will have to contact your Internet service provider or access the EWS page of the router and assign a password to the network.
Let me know how this goes.

Sorry, I did not explain photos. My Network is Mikescomcast. As you can see from the settings menu My New Envy photo 6255 is secured but my older 8610 is not. I have the 8610 as my defult printer. Now I have to turn it off and back on for my devices to find it.
I don't know whatthe direct option is.

As seen in the attached image, the available Envy photo 6255 is the WiFi Direct network. Kindly follow the steps provided in my previous post to make the WiFi direct feature secured on the Officejet 8610 printer.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
