- Printer says paper Jam but there isn’t one

My printer says there is a paper jam. I have went through all the steps recommended by HP on their website and it hasn’t worked. I can’t print anything including a test page or even clear page smears.

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps from here?
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
