Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing from an iPhone 10 max or iPhone 7 plus, instead of printing in a normal size font or even a small picture, it prints huge letters or the picture takes up the whole page. All drivers are up to date.

Which application are you using to print?

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on the iOS device

Click here to know how.

 

Try printing. If you are still having an issue with font size then follow this Apple support document to adjust the font size. The font size is controlled by iOS and not the printer.

What worked was that you had to decrease the font size on your phone to the smallest size. It's not very big. Then print your note. There are no margins. It uses every square inch.

It would be better to copy your note to a Word document then print it from there.
