Welcome to the HP Community.
Reminder to those reading:
Do NOT respond to individuals who post phone numbers or email addresses.
These might be scammers trying to steal your information / money.
HP does not post phone numbers or email in Community messages.
==============================================================
Generally, even the printer is unaware of what it is printing.
Any transactions are done by machines,
Data is only transferred and dumped at its destination,
No one looks at your data,
No machine checks beyond what is necessary to complete the job,
No one can see what you print / send / transfer,
HP does not save anything that is printed / sent / transferred.
The exceptions:
If you are sending scans / email including terminology that relates to National Security,
If you are including "known" scammer materials and / or your behavior exhibits some sort of problem / concern,
Your data might be dumped into the bit bucket or it might be caught in a net.
Don't threaten National Security,
Don't be a scammer,
And no one will care or know what you are printing, sending, transferring (print jobs / cloud / whatnot).
