  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Which printer? Does the device have an SD slot on it? If formatted properly (usually fat32) and the files match supported formats it should just work. The online user guide downloadable from support.hp.com might be of help. Or post back with the model number of your printer.
