I have same problem on HP Office Jet Pro 8710.

i am using iphone Xs max ios12, and when i try to register email for e print it is not coming. Tried to reinstal and restart phone, and reset web connection, but not helping. Just cant receive an email from hp.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

We are checking on this issue to confirm if it was a Server problem. Meantime try it again and let me know if you are getting the Verification Code now

 

Please check in the Junk or Spam folders in your Email and also try a different email address

Thanks for keeping me posted

 

Please update the Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/790...

 

Then Disable and Re-enable Web Services

 

1. On the printer click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner of the display.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Remove/Disable/Turn Off  Web Services.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions
5. Restart your Printer and from the main screen click on the Web Services icon again. 

 

Get the Printer connected to HP Connected and setup ePrint once again
