Welcome to the HP Forums!
Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you follow the below steps to use the HP creations software and check whether it helps.
You can make photo book pages, prints, and photo cards at home with the HP Photo Creations software.
Step one: Select projects
-
Click the Print at Home tab.
-
Choose a product template from the available photo book pages, prints, or photo cards.
Step two: Upload and arrange photos
-
Click the Add photos button.
-
Select the location of the photos.
-
If the files are stored on your computer, click the My Computer button.
-
If the files are stored online through a service such as Photobucket or Flickr, click the Online Library button. The online service might require you to log into your account to access your photos.
-
-
Browse to the location where your photos are stored. Select multiple photos with the ctrl key, and then click the Add Photos button. The photos load, and one photo displays in the preview window.
-
Click the Continue button.
-
Select each photo to use in your creation. A green checkmark displays on the upper-left corner of the thumbnail image when you select a photo.
-
Select to have the computer arrange the photos, or to arrange them manually, and then click the Continue button.
- If you prefer to have the software arrange the photos for you, select Use Smart Arrangement.
- If you prefer to arrange the photos manually, select Build this project manually.
Step three: Edit and print your creation
-
Customize your creation with the Photos, Themes, Text, Touch-Up, and Design tabs.
-
If available, select a size for your creation. A colored checkmark displays on the graphic when you select a size.
Figure : Select a size
-
Click the Print button. A Print window opens.
-
Click OK. Your creation prints.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hi Spencer.
What size of paper are you using?
The simplest way to print multiple photos on a page is to choose the Multi-up Prints project in HP Photo Creations. It's in the Prints menu. (See first screenshot.) We have step-by-step directions on our support site:
Another way is to set the image size to same dimensions as the paper size, and then choose an Image Scaling percentage under Advanced Settings. In my second screenshot, I'm printing four images on a 4x6 sheet with these settings:
- Image Size = Paper Size (4x6 in this case)
- Image Scaling = 50%
- Images per Page = Grid
- Grid Spacing = None
Selecting Wallet Prints
I hope this helps. Please note that @The_Fossette's directions were for printing single photos in an older version of the software.
