I  want to remove an email address from my Scanner.  When I try to delete it, it is asking for a PIN #.  I don't have that pin number any more nor do I have access to that emai address to receive a new PIN.  Is there another way to delete it from my printer?

Hi,

On your printer control panel, touch or press the HP ePrint icon or button.
Press the Settings or the Gear icon and select Remove Web Services.
 Confirm any prompt to proceed.

Next select Scan > Email and follow the steps to re-register the Scan to Email app, provide a valid email address and then the PIN Code / verification code sent to this mail to confirm.

Regards,
Shlomi

Hi Shlomi,

It worked.  I had to recreate the other two addresses I had in there but it is a lot better then accidentally sending something to the wrong place.  🙂  Thanks for your help.
