Hi,

The screen on the printer is broken where it looks like its been knocked or similar.

restarting and resetting doesnt fix the issue

I've been looking around online to find the replacement part number so i can order a replacement for it, but cant seem to find it.

I've contacted HP via phone to see how much it would cost to get it fixed by them or order a new screen, but due to it being out of warranty i cant get it repaired and the person I spoke to didn't seem to want to point me in the right direction for a replacement part.

Where can I buy a new screen / control panel for it?.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi @Ryan271,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

The control panel on the printer is a non-replaceable part.

I'd recommend you look for upgrade options, you may visit -https://www.hp.com/us-en/home.html

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
