I had to relate att router and wep requires special character + cannot find on keypad

For that model the plus icon is associated with the '*' or '#' key. If you press either of those keys repeatedly they will cycle to different special characters. If you select the wrong key or make a mistake with the password, press the '-' key to remove typed character.

I see that you are having some issues with entering a wireless password on your printer. I can help you with that, however I am going to need to know the full name of the printer as it appears on the front label. Once I know that I will be better able to assist you.
