printed the wireless network test results:
"Your HP printer is unable to connect to your wireless router. MAC address filtering may be enabled on your wireless router which can prevent your HP printer from connecting go your wireless network during setup."
"SOLUTION: If MAC address filtering is enabled and you want to keep it enabled, you must add the MAC address of your printer to the list of permitted devices for your wireless router before continuing."
"DIAGNOSTICS:
WIRELESS: DISABLED
WIRELESS WORKING: DISABLED"

Make and model of modem and router and any more networking equipment?
In the printer using the front panel, reset the printer back to Factory Defaults. Now reset it back to Network Defaults. Yes both if they are there.
In the printer disable IPv6. Make sure the printer is at least 5 feet away from the router.
Try again to connect with no security to your SSID with no password. Status now?
If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
