I just installed new HP Toner/Ink on my Photosmart printers (C6180 and 7510). The automated HP Rewards appeared but indicated only the new ink installation on the 7510. However, I cannot "connect" to HP Rewards. What do I do? I use a Windows 7 64bit laptop

Hello @Gapam,
Welcome to the HP forums.
I understand that you are having a bit of a problem connecting to the HP Rewards program.
I would like to help.
The following link will take you to the HP Rewards frequently asked questions.
HP Rewards Frequently Asked Questions
I believe section 10 refers to your situation.
10. What happens if I missed redeeming my reward after inserting the cartridge?
You can still redeem your reward by enrolling for the Rewards Programme. Simply complete the enrolment form here and you will be directed to the web page where you can claim your reward.
If you still have issues reaching the site, try using a different web browser.

The solution posted as "solving" the HP Rewards program only works for a limited number of HP printers - see URL
to avoid further bulking up this post I count only 10 printers, eg. for example only 3 HP Office Jets - the 8100 Pro ePrinter, 8600 Pro ePrinter, and the 8600 Pro Plus eAIO.
And my H711n, a 2.5+ year old HP OfficeJet 6700 Premium eAIO is NOT on the list for manual enrollment of HP Rewards even though I have reported since January 2013 purchase this and other registration and communication problems to HP, HP tech support, etc.
So for HP printer owners with the ten allowed to manually enroll, go for it, but what about the rest of HP Printer owner, especially when clicking, for me, always stops at 69%, trying to connect to HP rewards. My printer works, HP Support Assistant works, my printer is internet/network connected to HP for ink levels and updates.
This is a 64-bit AMD quad-core CPU, new 05/01/2015 - this H711n was purchased before this new PC which has 8GB of DDR3 Ram, running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit version, etc.
And even when I was contacted by a self-described "HP Support Specialist" who made a great effort to reach me personally I was told their hands are tied and they cannot or do not have the authority to cut through all the fiefdoms and departmental compartments, etc. to get things done.
I continue to maintain it is HP products which sell themselves, and while I understand the number of HP US personnel working on support seems to be limited, somebody at the top of that chain of command, or near the top, if this perception is true, has to produce the documentation which seems to be generated every day in these support forums to prove there are enough warm bodies.
To summarize the consensus HP customers seem to get frustrated by HP personnel, not by HP printers and other products?
On the other hand if there are sufficient personnel in HP Support functions why are they spinning their wheels w/o helping, why don't they have sufficient authority to resolve issues by working across departmental and divisional lines?

The enrollment form only pertains to customers from the Phillipines. How does one from South Africa claim rewards for the HP AIO 7510 series printer as I just replaced all the cartridges and I am being rerouted to a dormant / invalid webpage?
