Hi @ParameswarPanja

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To add your HP 585 printer to your HP account so that it shows up under "Owned Printers," follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Your HP Account:

  • Go to the HP Smart website or open the HP Smart app on your device.
  • Sign in to your HP account using your credentials.

2. Add Printer in HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Click on the + icon or Add Printer.
  • The app will search for your HP 585 printer on the network. Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.
  • Once the printer is found, select it to add it to your account.

3. Register the Printer:

  • After adding the printer, you may be prompted to register it with your HP account.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the registration process.

4. Verify Ownership:

  • Once registered, your printer should appear in your HP account under "Owned Printers." If it doesn't, try refreshing the page or the app.

5. Check for Software Updates:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed, as updates can improve functionality.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
