I have the problem with my c309g HP printer.  Each time I hit the snapfish icon on the printer screen I get a "problem connecting to the internet" message.  I have tried Safari and Chrome browsers with the same result.  I tried logging on the the webpage you recommended in your answer to the original requestor and it tells me that page is no longer available.  Is there any solution to this problem?

Hello @Rusty32

Thanks for the reply!

I see that C309 printer is not on the list, but the printers that came after this model which were the upgraded models (C310 & C311) is on the list and hence it is most likely that the Photosmart C309 is also has been stopped the web-services.

Also, did you try using the online like I provided? You can create & print photo books and cards easily from there.

If you have any troubles, let me know and I will do my best to help.

Cheers 🙂

Hello @Rusty32 - Hope you are well!

Thanks for reaching out to HP Support Forums! I’d like to be of your assistance 🙂

Snapfish is one of the web-service features we provide with the printer. We have stopped the web-services in some old model printers and I believe your printer also will be on that list. You can check the details here: http://hp.care/2eVmvoU

As a workaround, you can try and use the Snapfish official website to create & print your photo albums online. You can access the site here: http://hp.care/2iZ63Uj

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Cheers 🙂

Thanks for answering.   My printer (HP Photosmart Premium C309G) is not on the list of those whose Web Service has stopped working.

Thanks for your help.  You're probably right that my earlier model printer is also on the restricted list.  I'm not really interested in snapfish.  I was simply trying to see if it would work since it was on my printer screen.  Thanks again for your help.
