When connect my 2622 to wifi direct it prompts for a password. The pass word the printer has provided from the configuration page won't work, unable to use password try again comes up. How do I reset the password? Better yet can I set it so a password isn't required?

Let's restore network settings to default settings.
To restore network settings to default settings
● Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (x) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
Restart the printer.
Connect the printer using a USB connection and then follow the below document for Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection.

Thank you for joining the HP Community
Print a wireless test page.
Press the Wireless button and the Information button (i) together to run the wireless test, and then review the test report for information on how to solve the problem.
I suggest you do a Hard Reset on the printer
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Update the firmware for the printer using this link: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/product/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series/12319824/model/167792...
Restart the printer.

The only internet I have to connect to is through my phone. I followed the steps ,but it would not complete set up. If I try to connect to WiFi direct it still tells me I am unable to connect with that password. In my WiFi setting on the phone it shows the printer but says I have no network connection. The only thing I have successfully done is wasted ink and paper by pushing those button. So frustrating. Thank you for your help
