Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer

I have a "paper size mismatch" that I am unable to correct. My iPhone's default printing paper size is now "German Legal Fanfold" with no options (that I've been able to find) to change it back to standard 8.5" x 11" as it has always been. This is as of Feb 2024. (I have no problems when printing from the iMac). I have tried restarting the iPhone and I have tried making changes with the HP Smart app (and its virtual assistant) to no avail.
