Hi @dotann ,
Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
The Barachiel is at your service.
I understand you are in need of support,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Please let me know the exact product number of the product and a detailed description of the issue, to assist you better with relevant steps. 🙂
Let me know how that pans out. 🙂
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask any other queries as well,

The product # is:
I attempted trying to fix this by following instructions on the printer menu. What exactly it was I don’t know now, however, it required me to turn the router off. Then, because I couldn’t get the router back on, I had to call Frontier (service provider) to get it back on (not too tech savvy-can you tell?😊)
Wireless printing was working fine a few days ago ‘til I got the message to change the black ink cartridge which I did. When I did that, it printed the usual setup test page and as usual asked me to scan the page. It would not do this which is something new. At that point the wireless printing would not work. It will not recognize an “airport” printer.
