HP Officejet 7612 Wide Format e-All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to connect web services even I follow the troubleshooting steps  HP Printers - Cannot Connect to Web Services, but it still can not connect. Besides, I can not update the firmware for the printer even I use USB to update.

I have restarted the router, printer and computer, it still does not work.

The printer is HP Officejet 7612 Wide Format e-All-in-One.

The operate system is windows 10 (64 bits)

Printer could connect the wifi because the blue light is always lighting without flash.

Also the printer has connected to computer via software.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Thank you very much.

@Lzz-

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore network defaults on the Printer: To reset the administrator password and network settings 1. On the printer control panel, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings . 2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes . A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.

Once done, connect the Printer to Wi-Fi and try connecting to Web Services: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03609576 and https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05329102
