Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

There are printers in my account that I owned and have become damaged and I no longer use them and want to delete them from my account at all, especially in order to benefit from the email on them? How do I delete it?

Hello,

If you are referring to HP Smart (HP Connected), follow these steps to delete the printer(s):

  1. Sign in to you HP Smart account (HP Connected).
  2. Click on the My Printers category.
  3. Under the printer(s) you no longer own, please click on Remove Printer and then click on the Remove button.

I do not see it on the site, but it appears to me when I use print via the eprint program on the computer, as with the photo and print that I want to delete is number 6700?
