I have an HP envy and while I enjoy the no hassle printing I print more during the summer as we are all home. My problem however is my monthly bill seems to surpass what my monthly pay is and I have noticed my printed work is duplicated if I run out of paper and have to add paper to printer or I have to leave and turn off my computer when I return the printing starts all over from the beginning as though HP does not realize where it left off and it starts all over again. Do I need to pay for this problem as this is a HP issue and not mine?
