Hi @Cat2k1 ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're experiencing difficulties changing the ePrint email address on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9014e All-In-One Printer and the option seems to be missing, you may want to try the following steps:
Printer Control Panel:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the "Web Services" or "ePrint" option. This might be accessible through the printer's touchscreen display.
ePrint Settings:
- Once you find the "Web Services" or "ePrint" option, look for an option that says "ePrint Settings" or similar. This is where you should be able to manage your ePrint settings.
Remove Web Services:
- If you can't find an option to change the email address, you may need to disable or remove Web Services first. Look for an option to disable or remove Web Services, and then re-enable it.
Re-Setup Web Services:
- After removing Web Services, go back to the same menu and re-enable or set up Web Services. During this process, you should be prompted to set up a new ePrint email address.
Firmware Update:
- Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, firmware updates can address issues and add new features. You can check for firmware updates on the HP support website.
HP Smart App:
- You can also try using the HP Smart app on your Windows 10 computer. Open the app, select your printer, and navigate to the printer settings. There might be an option to manage Web Services and change the ePrint email address.
Reset Printer:
- As a last resort, you may consider resetting the printer to its factory defaults. However, this should only be done if all other options fail, as it will erase all personalized settings.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply.
I have also noticed that the 'Advanced Settings' in HP Smart 'Printer settings' has disappeared preventing me from accessing the WebServer.🤦🏿
I will have to access via the IP address assigned to it.🤦🏿The 9014e 'Reset Web Services' option in the Web Server doesn't Re-Setup The Web Service.
