When I attempt to print with HP eprint I get an error message via return email. It takes a whole day to get the return email.
In the following the "XXXXXXXXX" is actually the email address shown by my printer and by the printer's EWS page printout.
This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that
an email you addressed to email address :
-- XXXXXXXXX@hpeprint.com
could not be delivered. The problem appears to be :
-- Recipient email address is possibly incorrect
Additional information follows :
-- 5.7.1 <XXXXXXXXX@hpeprint.com>: Relay access denied
This condition occurred after 1 attempt(s) to deliver over
a period of 0 hour(s).
If you sent the email to multiple recipients, you will receive one
of these messages for each one which failed delivery, otherwise
they have been sent.

You don’t actually give the solution to this blasted problem. Mimecast. Mimecast. Mimecast.
how and why did you do this. My print page says Hp Mimecast. So it must be yours.
what on earth is the solution?
I am really peeved at this nonsense.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
