@MatyBsAs I looked into the details and it looks like the last firmware for your device was dated 19th December 2019, and I'm afraid, these older printers cannot receive firmware updates due to limitations in the available physical memory in the device and/or limitations in the ability to update the firmware to accommodate new security certificates.

That said, you could check for alternate options on the same link you've shared,

And let us know if you need anything else.

Have a good day!

So, p1102w has ePrint is support or not ???

The "19-Dec-2019 " firmware is in fact a 20180302 firmware (that, as I also read in other posts) is in fact the 20180301 firmware

As you can also see... the ePrint page is an old one (not in line with new HP firmwares)

Botomline... HP is not supporting this printer because of lack of interest (or interest in customers to buy new printers).

No lies please, about the printer hardware not supporting new hardware...ePrint error.pngePrint old version.pngFirmware.png

Hello, i've updated my printer to the new firmware 20200617 but the "HP web services" cannot be enabled ("Connection error").

Wasn't this new firmware supposed to fix the problem?

This seems false, a new firmware (dated 2020-06-17) been released after your post.
