Hello,
im currently trying to print out some posters on (A4)card.However every time i try i keep on getting margins (white borders around the image) . i’ve tried absolutely everything from resizing the image to deleting the app and trying again but i have absolutely no idea anymore . The thing is , is that i’ve printed before with no margins so im not exactly sure what’s happening i’m using the HP Smart app so if anyone knows what to do that would be amazing (p.s this is what it looks like every time)
much thanks em 😄

Not sure what to tell you.
According to the documentation, this printer does not support Borderless printing.
Specifications from the same series printer: Product Specifications for the HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer (Y5H67A)
Internal document check
Product: V1N07B — HP DeskJet 2634 All-in-One Printer
Borderless Printing | No |
If the option were available on the paper size, paper type, and printer model, then
Using Transform "Fill Page" would eliminate the border.
Example
HP_Smart_Mobile_Image_Print_Transform_1
OK..
For the sake of the conversation, say you are correct - the printer does support Borderless Printing.
Consideration
On those printers where Borderless is supported, many printers restrict Borderless printing to certain paper types (Photo / Presentation / Brochure paper, for example) and / or certain paper sizes.
Where the software / application fails to indicate which of these are the correct combination, the general rule might say:
Standard paper size / type might be supported and 4x6 inch photo paper would most likely be supported.
If you can get to a PC / Mac computer, the HP Smart Application is "smarter" on those platforms. PC / Mac versions do NOT provide features that are not supported on the printer - the PC / Mac versions of HP Smart do provide more information / selection options to make sure you are adjusting the settings as best can be done for the supported features available in the printer hardware.
