how do i reset password for wireless connection hp 4500?

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

 

Let's try to restore the printer to Network defaults: You may make use of the User guide of your printer. 

 

• On the printer control panel Press Setup. Press an arrow button to move to Network, and then press OK.

• Press an arrow button to move to Restore Network Defaults, and then press OK.

• Print the wireless configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

 

Once done, Run the wireless setup wizard on the printer to connect to the network. 

 

If for some reason, it does not work then I would suggest here is to perform an advanced reset on the printer. 

We are going to provide you some additional steps via PM that are specific related to your product model.
