Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i have set up my eprinting function and can test from the HPSmart website. However every time i try to send an email to eprint i get a reply email stating:

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

hpeprint.com gave this error:
bad DKIM signature data

 

I find the HP online support of no use. Any thoughts?
