Hello,
HPEPRINT configuration is ok, test ok, Attachment well printed. I'm happy with mailto [edit]
However there is no solution for 2 sided print with that solution, of course the printer model can do it. It works with direct print at local home network.
How to configure the two sided with the [edit]solution ?
No way to configure it on HP smart website or I haven't found. Only the possibility to change the usage to Public/autorize or Block.
Printer is HP Color laserJet Pro MFP m281fd.
Best Regards,
Didier.

By default, ePrint uses the following print settings.

From your account page, scroll down to ePrint Preferences, and then click ePrint Preferences, if necessary. Select the desired the print preferences.
-
Print in color or monochrome
-
Select plain or photo paper
-
Enable 2-sided (duplex) printing

Hello Betty0610,
First of all thank you having taken tie to answer to my question, I really appreciate.
As you can see in my HPsmart Connection, there is no preferences at the bottom, I've zoom in to et all the pages, masking the printer email, because it's configured as public today.
Let me know if I don't look in the correct place.
My first thought was my printer isn't compatible with thoses preferences but technically it seems to me strange.
Please, try to continue to help me, I will be really happy.
Best regards,
Didier.

Hello Betty0610,
When I received my printer, some month ago, I did an update from myprinter. It got a new firmware 20190419 installed.
Today I looked from the printer itself, no more update.
I looked into the website, through the link you sent, and took the firmeware for this printer and windows 10 64bits, I got the 20190716 firmware.
Then it's a newer one from the website. I installed it from windows 10 64bits through the local network.
the update was ok. I print the config, before and after the upgrade.
I always have this screen:
What can I do next ?
Best regards,
Didier.

I'm afraid that your Printer is not compatible with two sided ePrint then.
I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
