OK!

1.  I do not think I have that on my printer screen...may be looking at the wrong area.

undefined

2.  STEPS THAT WORKED:

      a.  Turn off AVAST web protection. (PS -it's a great safety item)

      b.  Open the Configuration Page - go to email stuff

      c.  Get my e-print address that ends in " .......@hpeprint.com"

      d.  Set a contact in my phone called "Print Email"

      e.  Open email and forward to "Print Email'

SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey @Bob0868,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I see that you are having some issues with printing emails from your iPhone to your Printer. I can help you with that, however I am going to need to know which printer you have first. Once I know that I will be better able to assist you.

Thanks.  I have the Laserjet 100 Color MFP M175nw.   I can print PHOTOS from my phone.  Email will not go, although the icon says "print" in "MAIL".   It also works perfectly from our two IMAC and one MACBOOK PRO.    Just need to know how to send mail to it from the IPHONE 6SPlus.

Alright, you may be able to print using the HP ePrint app instead. You can download this from the App Store. You may also be able to print by opening your email, clicking on the icon with the arrow on it, and pressing print.

If you are unable to print emails using either method, you can also print via ePrint. To do so:

  1. On the printer's display, click on the Web Services icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Note the ePrint address.
  3. Forward the email you are trying to print to the printer's ePrint address displayed on the printer.

Please let me know if you are able to print using any of these methods. If you are, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

1. Wireless from the IMAC works

2.  MAIL on the IPHONE 6S PLus shows tthe option to PRINT.  When I touch PRINT...nothing happens.

3.  Loaded the HP AP.  Email says Adding Account.  Put in my Verizon mail and password.  IMAP or POP...same result, the "Sign in" does not active on the AP.

4.  I have the IP address 192. etc   Fails - not an email

5.  I have the name HP-Print etc.  Fails - not an email

NOW WHAT??

I tried to print a configuration page for the printer.."Safari can not connect to the server  npia2fd20.local".

HP Recommended

Ok..figured thois out...AVAST security was preventing me from getting to the "npia..." site.  Now have configuration sheet.  Tried turning it off also to print, but no luck.

I corrected my last post slightly.

What happens when you forward an email to the printer's ePrint address as it appears on the printer?

Please define "e-print address".   I see the IP but nothing that looks like an emial address.  I looked at the manual for the printer and can't find that item.

On the printer's display screen click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner. If you see the IP Address, you did not press the correct spot.
