I have received a new HP printer and want to re-use the same ePrint email address. Unfortunately, I already deleted the old printer from the HP Smart dashboard and the old printer is not functioning (why I got a new one) to add it back in to modify the email address.. Is there someway I can either bring back the old printer to change the email address or can support simply delete the ePrint email address so that I can use it again?

Thank you for any help that you can provide.

You'll have to wait six months to reuse the original address.

What?

The process to transfer the address requires you to have access to the old printer and that web services on that printer is not disabled.
