I got a survey from HP and I just want to say those here who are glad to help are really appreciated. But the snarky people who blow us off with the oh go to the manual blow off are just covering for what they don't know.

 

Most people do try before asking for help, especially if we have to subject ourselves to condescending comments.

 

This is what these forums are for, to help. I think it says a lot to wait to get a kudo before getting snarky. .I complained about that. This is not what makes people feel comfortable.
