Hello,

Sending email to xxx@hpeprint.com is working properly but it's only one-sided.

Any possibility to have two-sided ?

No information found on  HP smart website where the printer is registered.

Hi Benhien,

The goal is to use the email address xxx@hpeprint.com because I need to print from internet and not from local network.

The solution that are pointing is only for local network. For sure from Mobil phone or stuff interesting like that I already use.

 

But it's notified there is no solution from network outside the local network, "Both the ePrint and Web Apps does not support two-sided duplex printing."

 

Do you know if I can claim a request for enhancement to HP  and how ?
