I have been able to print from y Ipad to my HP Officeject 6500A Plus printer.  I usually print from a program on my Ipad named IAnnotate PDF.  I had to stop one job from printing and I turned the printer off and back on again because I didn't understand how to cancel the printing job from the Ipad.  Even though the symbol (blue lite symbol) for wireless is on I can no longer get a job printed from my Ipad to the printer.  Can you help me with this problem.

Information on my printer is Product No. CN5588A, Option 1 H3, FPU no: {Removed for privacy} and other numbers that appear on the back of the printer- MAC {Removed for privacy}.  thank you

Hello nyiasgg,

You may have a document stuck in your iPad's print cue.  Double tap the button on the front of your iPad, this should bring up a sub menu that displays all the programs that are currently running on your iPad.  Find your print cue and cancel the documents in the cue.  You will have to cancel them one at a time and you will want to have your printer turned off while you do this, as when the one print job that is blocking the rest is canceled, all will start printing.  Once all the print jobs are canceled, turn the iPad all the way off.  Do not just put it in sleep mode, make sure the iPad is completely turned off.  If you have to, remove the battery to make sure.  Turn the iPad and printer back on and try to print.

If that does not work, make sure the print job is canceled.  Turn off your router, iPad, and printer.  Turn the router back on, but make sure the iPad and printer stay off.  Wait for the router to stabilize, 1-2 minutes at most.  Turn the iPad and printer back on, and try printing.

If neither of those work, let me know.
