When I am online I cannot print. Sometimes it says server cannot be found. Sometimes if I fiddle around with it it will print a couple of pages but then goes back to not printing at all. I have no problem with being online but it just wont print whatever I type. This is a brand new printer I bought 1-21-15. Help!

Welcome to the HP forum.
I understand that you are having issues printing when you are online. I would like to help.
If you are printing over your local network, you should not be getting any server errors.
The only time a server would be involved is if you are ePrinting.
If I could please have a little more detail.
What browser you are using when online?
Are you using a VPN (virtual private network)?
Are you using the 4630 drivers to print, or the ePrint software?

my printer is looping on the setting screen and can't get out of this screen allso can not connect the computer . was running fine as of march 2016 when i connected it need my printer. still using the factory ink
