OMEN Laptop - 17t-cb100 IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi: Youtube audio was lost through Google Chrome.  I am using a HP OMEN 17 laptop Windows 11.  HP Firmware 15.37.0.0 (10-27-22) and now HP Firmware 15.38.0.0 (11-28-22) has been installed.  Youtube audio was lost with 15.37.0.0 when Youtube is accessed from Google Chrome.  Youtube audio works fine through Microsoft Edge.

All software and drives are current.

Any suggestions on how to resolve the Chrome/Youtube audio problem ?  Thank you and best regards

Hi: sorry to say no audio.  Will you consider the option to send me HP Firmware 15.36.0.0 ?  After the 10-27-22 move to 15.37.0.0 the OMEN did not have a fall back option.  I would like to try to install 15.36.0.0.  Best regards
